Does cloning prove the existence of an immaterial mind?

Since it has been found that animals produced by cloning are as distinct in their personalities as those produced by natural means of production it has been argued that apart from the physical systems which in these cases are similar there is an “non-physical or immaterial ” part of the cloned animal . This is supposed to lead us to the conclusion that a personality does not spring from the physical being alone but rather from the “immaterial essence” that is separate from the brain.

These arguments are defective firstly because of the difficulty in saying whether any two physical systems can indeed be identical and also whether identical genetic systems will remain identical in their functions and secondly, the impact of the weather and the environmental conditions will work identically on the identical physical systems.
